Really quick update: Samantha and I are in our new house!! We pretty much have the place set up except for some small things in the kitchen/living room. The bathroom's all done. hey, i was wondering if you could give me the basics of the houses out in riverside. my friend bekah and i would do anything to be able to have one of those houses. are they as affordable as people say? i guess just whatever you can tell me would be awesome.

hey! sorry it took me so long to reply. i'm bad about that sometimes. ;x anyways.... eh, it depends on the house and just... everything. there are some places that are very affordable, and then some not-so-affordable ones. what would you consider affordable? samantha and i got lucky and found a 2 bdrm/1 bath, and it's hella cute... for only $490 a month. there was a place on college up for rent... 2 bdrm/1 bath... not as cute, but decent... but the landlord was a dick (i think it's still up for rent) that was $525 a month. and then there were some really nice 2 bdrms for like... $700 or so a month which kind of sucked. haha.
