work was alright.

it was just Maria, Linda and I all afternoon. Donnes and Krystal came in for lunch. Donnes brought me redbull.. just in time too.. i was about to die. good luck with the loseing of 15 pounds, just don't do anything to drastic to do it because you might end up hurting yourself if you do. So just be careful trish, and I'll be happy when your happy with those 15 pounds off.
