Hey, okay sooo the key to staying under 300 cal a day is to find zero-low carb foods and add a little bit of flavor to it. Instead of drinking plain old ice water, put some lemon juice in it plus some splenda! Tastes great and only 20 calories. Plus, it speeds up your metabolism
