I'm obsessed with BSG as well!!!

But.. I agree, it's so fucking (excuse me, FRAKKING) dark. It's raw. Probably one of the darkest shows on TV. But yeah it's like I'm emotionally drained but I don't mind it!

It *is* dark and raw. And man, did I used to hate Tigh, but he really is the yin to Adama's yang - those two are the embodiment of what I love about it. Gah.

I don't mind it either. ;-)

you are SO right about Tigh... I don't like him much, but he is there to balance adama out. And they stick together until the end. It wouldn't be the same w/out him.

OMGOMG!! I was freaking the hell out about Tigh's wife too! I STILL say to people "I CANNOT BELIEVE HE KILLED HIS WIFE." Oh, and btw? I CANNOT BELIEVE HE KILLED HER.

DAMMIT!

I was also freaking out about when they were about to execute all those people. And when they showed Sharon's dead "baby" (we all know now what happened and all, but SHE thought it was her baby)?? I cried for like a DAY.

I haven't seen the part about K&L on New Caprica yet, so I skipped that part (except obviously they do it or something...). But I'm sure I'm going to freak out about that too.

I love that shit. It's like a roller coaster ride in my living room! Wheeeeee!

I'm just about as big of a fan as your boyfriend it sounds like. I look forward to BSG every Friday like it's Christmas and I'm 7 years old.

I could go on and on about the show but it would be terribly rambly and long so I'll spare you the tirade ;)

It's just an amazing show all around. Great actors, fantastic writing, gripping drama and it's so very human. The decisions they have to make and the things they go through just really tug at my heart. Good stuff!
