i'd like to know what genius came up with this financial aid system. i've had $1.34 in my bank account for the past two weeks, and have had to resort to scrounging for change in the sofa (ok. futon. but, literally.) and breaking my piggy bank open for quarters (which was practically empty anyway). i had to borrow money from justin to buy a notebook
