We had a similar holiday back where I come from. Basically every male with a girlfriend was expected to buy her something, and if he didn't he got in trouble and possibly dumped or beat up. And then everyone who was already lonely just got reminded of it and all the lovey dovey fuckin' EVERYWHERE just pisses me off aight?
