A Standalone: "Habit Forming"

Jul 07, 2005 14:27

Hey all. This is just a little something-something as I write the rest of "Born Again." It's just a short alternative to how Brian and Justin meet. It's compeletely bullshit and totally inspired by my many conversations with _alantie. Actually, the whole reason why I wrote this is because she begged me to write *something ( Read more... )

*standalones*, habit forming

This was so great. I'm always intrigued by fics that make Justin older. It's just a cool twist on things. And, the banter between the two was just great. I know you labeled this a standalone but it would be an awesome start to a longer fic.

Yeah. I agree. I mean, I could make it a longer fic. It has the potential. But right now, it's a standalone.

Thanks for reviewing! Reviews make me happy.

OMG, you are such a bitch. I love you, but you are a cunt. This fic was us. Screw Brian and Justin. But I thank you, dear, for writing it.

oh, I smoke camel's now.. and I cannot believe you had Justin get turned off because Brian smoked Marlboros...JUDGING him by his choice cigarette. I cannot believe you did that. OMG. I hate you. Asshole.

Thpft! I got to it fi-irst. I bet I could do a whole HUGE fiction based on the numerous conversations we've had. You're just so inspiring. Ha ha. I *told* you I was going to write something based on our cigarette conversations. So, don't hate me too much. Don't hate me cuz I'm wittier than you and quicker to draw. La la la.

You smoke camels now??? Score! Yet another convert. I shall soon take over the world!

I ♥ you so much for posting something fluffy on a day like today.

Good little fic. I could see in my mind. And the bit about the woman with the kid hopped up on sugar with the giggly parent? So. Been. There. (Sans the flirting part) Great addition, btw.

And, on an side note, Sam's doesn't take VISA? 'Cause Wal-Mart does. Weirdness.

Oh man. NO! Sam's Club does NOT take Visas. I discovered that on a day much like the one in this story. I guess Visa charged them more than they took in or something. Unfortunatly for me, I didn't have someone willing to take my personal check (I didn't have my ID, so Sam's Club wouldn't take it. Lame.) so I had to leave without my cigarettes after waiting in line for a long ass time. It was so depressing.

So loved your Sarky Brian in this and I take issue with Alantie, even though I adore her writing. It is so the thing Brian would do judge Justin by the type if ciggy he smokes! I would also love to see this spun into something more, could they accidentally meet somewhere else?

Meh, Brian's not REALLY judging Justin by his cigs. He's just flirting. How sad for me that no one got that. I mean, you know *boys*. If they like ya, they'll be a bitch about it. And Brian's such a boy sometimes.

As far as this continuing into something bigger... Lemme just see if I can finish "Born Again" first. If I do that, then maybe I'll see what I can do with "Habit Forming."
