hey i used one of the layouts for my community and my problem is that the sidebar doesn't show up AT ALL. i have a good understanding of html and i just can't figure this one out. help? btw it's a simple layout

i tried putting one of the layouts on my LJ, and my side bar doesnt show up, and i have it set on generator.. the header image doesnt show up either.. could you help me out?
