just got back from soccer..should be in the shower but i'm not. i'm dirty like that. soccer was hell, basically. a lot of running, drills, and push-ups. we did 45 push-ups & 100 crunches every 15 minutes..for 2 hours. that evens out to be roughly 360 push-ups & 800 crunches. talk about fucking sore. whoo wee
