i count myself lucky. some people with CD (celiac disease) have to designate gluten free cooking pots, utensils, cutting boards, etc.
trace amounts of gluten can cause a reaction. i don't think that i am to that point, yet, but, i have read that the longer that you are gluten free, the less gluten it takes to cause a reaction. basicaly what happens is, it triggers an auto-immune response that attacks your small intestine.
Man Rob I am so sorry that you have been so sick. But I am glad you are feeling better now. Well I guess, even though it sucks that you have to be so careful, you'll probably be the healthiest person I know now.
