what should I do about the electric bill? should I just turn if off and tell my roommate that it's going to be off in a week? or should I offer him the choice to give me a payment upfront so he doesn't have to pay the $200 fee for one month by himself? I'm moving out in a week

I don't know how that kinda stuff works really. Maybe just turn it off and play dumb? You're going to be gone anyway and he can't screw you over. If he tries anything I will break in and steal his precious computer which is probably full of aneme porn.

AT 2:33 am I was awoken.
my roommate screamed something at the top of his lungs.
i woke up in panic.
peanut wouldn't stop barking.
i immediately jumped out of bed to lock my door.
me and pnut hid under the covers shivering in fear.
we couldn't go back to sleep.
I could have swore he yelled
"I'm gonna kill you"
I don't think i'm gonna tell him i'm moving out now.
i've never been so scared for my life here.
