that sounds like a really tough decision, but if you want advice then here goes:
i would go to rhode island b/c they seem to have a broader program of study, and you can take all sorts of different classes (prob. including art)... if you're not certain that you'll be an artist, then you'd prob. be better off at a school that caters to lots of different interests. but you should visit them again and then make your decision... it's about you, not anyone else, anyhow.
plus... animal science AND rugby fo' girlzz? amazing.
yeah, that is tough. i think you just really have to decide what you really want, and can picutre yourself doing, from once you enter college til the day you die. well not die of course, but a reasonable amount of time. wether or not the city or RI is the place for you. i dont think anyone should help you decide....basically rugby is awesome. so i'll choose that.
do overnights at both schools as soon as you can. i know its helped people make these tough decisions. plus you want to be around the people to get a glimpse of what your class might be like.
