Damn you, Hallmark. Why do you not have cards that read, "Our deepest sympathy and regrets over the loss of your wife. May you soon be able to find happiness and bliss with the woman that is currently carrying your love-child."

You know, Gunn and I were watching wrestling the other day and we thought a gosh darned good way to make a quick buck and give Ick-llyria someone to rough up would be to make her a lady wrestler. Gunn said something about calling her Killer Smurfette or something like that.

Hard to imagine how weird that must feel...picking out a sympathy card for a coworker who's had a death in the family. Especially under the circumstances. All of them.

Good call, though, on the card and the sentiment. Comforting and heartfelt without being inappropriately familiar. That's a fine line to negotiate.
