i think she explained in her last post that proffesional places who know how to do it so it wont get infected and know that kids will go to a dirty place if they dont have a parents note would rather give kids piercings without permission than have kids go to a place that doesnt know how to stop infection but doesnt ask for parental permission

In short, the guy was really great. I don't think they care about your age so long as you look fairly old. They'd rather do it, then let a kid go to a dirty place. So it's cool. I was souped. =)
