maybelline expert eyes ebony black on bottom and filled in the top lid/sides

Lips: Mark super soothing lip balm by avon (BEST STUFF EVER)
MAC Dreamy Lipgloss

Face: Clean and clear mositurizing lotion
MAC Studio Fix NC35
MAC Dame (satin) blush

ps. I really want to start wearing some yellows and reds and greens and brightness
does anybody know any cheap yet REALLY good eyeshadows/liners?
I love MAC and stuff but I cannot spend 26 on one eyeshadow anymore... I'm going broke lol
also any pointers (yet again) on my eyebrows. I want them to look good, or at least like I have some, but I dont want anything DRASTIC!

ALSO do you guys have any suggestion on a new hair style? I like reds and I like it short!
