today i saw NOATS stickers at:

-the farthest northern advertisement on the north-bound platform at 161 ST./Yankee Stadium
-the stop sign that is found at the end of the subway track, so that arriving trains dont run into the station at Woodlawn.

the woodlawn sticker isnt so surprising, but who was at yankee stadium with a NOATS sticker?
