Work outs

I did a lot better with working out this month. I included everything, from cardio, HITT, weights, yoga, stretching and random stuff like long walks, swimming or long cycling. I ended up working out for 28 days out of 31. Not bad, although half of it were light work outs, but I like those too. It's nice to use your body, to feel your body move even ( Read more... )

Im just getting back into hiking and yoga. Its a great stress relief. Thankfully the weather here is getting warmer as well.
