Last night I counted inventory at Blockbuster.. It was fairly easy, all we had to do was scan EACH AND EVERY SINGLE RENTAL BARCODE IN THE STORE...(For each copy) .. then cross reference what we scanned versus our inventory.. For things 'missing', we went back and double checked to see if we missed it.. If we did, you scan that too.. Then we checked
