i hyperextended my knee.... and i was on crutches for 2 days, but now i can walk on my knee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im so happy!! but its still really sore!!! so now im going to go do exercises to help it get better sooner! im so happy!!!
