He was the governor of Texas...and I'm not certain, but he has lived a portion of his life there. That is why I call him a Texan.

yeah he dabbled in oil, owned the texas rangers (baseball team), but wasn't born here. besides, i was just joking. what i was getting at is there are some texans who don't much care for him.
