yesterday was my last car payment. today while leaving work the guy in front of me went to turn left, made it 1/2 way into the intersection, decided he couldn't make it, threw in in reverse and slammed into my car.

i am hoping this works to my advantage. they pay out about a grand for a whole new bumper, paint & such. if i can 1/2 ass fix it and keep the grand i am going to. the most i am thinking i would get for a trade is a grand so anything beyond that is good :)

my friend christian warned they might claim i rear ended them. he said he'll be my witness seeing he was coming up the road when it happened.
