ok ...for my boring friends! katt, her mum and i went to tower hill botanical and stumbled up on a cactus and succulent show. it was really interesting and we found some cool little cacti :)

ack, so i think i am behind schedule on walking. it's really hard when your foot has a bulbous tip. the toes are wrapped 5,000 times around with gauze and my heel has just the sock and ace bandage. i feel a lot of pulling under my big toe and pain. it also feels like i could rip the incision open and there is pain on top of the foot. i did put ( Read more... )

doing better today. figured out it's a much better idea to butt scoot to the bathroom rather than using the crutches. still having pain but nothing like yesterday after my fall. taking a perc every 3-3 1/2 hours rather than every 4. also alternating 800 mg ibuprofen. my toes are all numb and tingly and i want to wiggle them but i am afraid to ( Read more... )

ok, srsly? couldn't sleep at all last night except from 2:30-5:00am. woke up at 5:00, foot felt ok until i moved it back to an elevated position. holy fucking pain/throbbing starts. take perc and antibiotic. needed to pee, put foot down to the floor, blood flow to foot was excruciating. hobble on crutches while dragging left foot. get to ( Read more... )
