Don't worry. Things will get better. Surround yourself with the things and people that only make you happy. Find someone to talk to. Talking always helps.

I'm sorry things are so rough for you now and that you are feeling so down. Is there anything else going on in your life that could be stressing/triggering this? I'm just asking since I know thats how it works for me. Are there little things you can do that make you feel better even if its just temporary, like some sort of mini coping mechanism? If so maybe give that a try. Good luck
