I am so glad that you are feeling well! Exercise really does have a way of making you feel good, especially if you eat enough to have energy to do it. I remember when I was in my most extreme stage of anorexia a couple years ago, I'd be fasting and trying to jog, and it just wasn't working all that well for me. It's hard to enjoy yourself if you're thinking "will I pass out now, or later?" Why does it make your sister nervous when you exercise? Is it because she worries that it'll set you down an unhealthy path? Anyway, keep up the optimism! *hugs*
