As for your "future self", you know how he always teaches: everything is information, right? Grains of salt are a detective's stock in trade.
And always listen to Alfred. He's like Yoda.

(nods) Everything is information needed to preserve his future. Not the one I should try to carve for myself.
Yeah-Alfred's our Yoda. (grins faintly) Though, without the ears, the lightsaber and the awesome flips, twists and turns around the 'Cave.

And, you don't need to put the mask on for me. I think you said it best when you mentioned your parents, though. That? I can see you doing it for them.

Yeah-I'm playing mind games with myself. Never thought I'd see that day come.
Also never thought I'd hear that Kon was actually one-upping you, or trying to.
(nods solemnly) Thanks, Kara.

Oh, does that mean you think that I could totally take Kon down? Because I can. Really. Maybe. Well, I hope that I can!
You're welcome, Tim. You know I love you.

The first-and only-confrontation you had with Kon-the real Kon, I should add-you decked him, broke his jaw and realigned his jaw within seconds! You shouldn't have too many problems dealing with this one. Save for the fact that he's a little darker.
I know. Love you too, Kara.
