The problem with Buddhism is that so many people just call themselves Buddhists because it is "hip" and think it makes them sound intelligent. Most of these people don't know the least bit about Buddhism in the first place.

No, no, no! I didn't mean you are like that. I meant it kind of sucks for the people (like you) who are genuinely interested in it, because it belittles an extremely interesting religion to a trendy fad.
