Today was the first day of the year which required me to wear an outdoor coat. This makes me sad. I thought I would be able to stave off the cold with jackets and jumpers at least until November! Winter is almost here. On the plus side, Guy Fawkes night next week; definitely one of my favourite nights of the year.

Awww...Those Romans from Pompeii lived lives just like ours! Except for that whole 'destroyed by giant volcano' thing. But who wouldn't want to die via volcano? I can't come up with a cooler way to go than that.
