What am I going to do with my life??
I just had my advisor appointment for spring registration, and I've never been more stressed or confused over school in my entire life. You don't *really* have to choose now. Okay, on paper you do, but that doesn't mean you can't change your mind 2 months later and pick your dream major, if it suddenly becomes clear. There might be a little extra paperwork, but it's doable.
In California, at least...you can major in anything in college, and go back and get your teaching credentials afterwards. Meaning if you major in psych and spanish, and then want to teach that later, you haven't closed any doors by not being an education major.
Remember also that psych will likely require grad school if you want to work for a clinic. (But if i were making your decision, i'd totally pick that one. My latest "whim" is to be a marriage counselor...i think it'd be so rewarding)
