I would love to do something like this. But it is quite the undertaking, and I don't know how likely it is that I'd be in a position to commit to this, from where I'm sitting now.

Oh, I know what you mean. I guess I meant more that I doubt I'll be in a position to take such a trip in a year. You never know, though. I'd definitely be interested if I have the means to take part, when the time comes.

I would love to come with you, but I won't know enough Arabic in a year to be much use. Talk to me in maybe five years, when I have funds. But it does sound very appealing.

Oh, and I'll be learning Arabic in the same time frame. We'd need a native Arabic speaker and a native Hebrew speaker (at least one each) to pull this off.
