Well I've been listening to ELO all day long because of someones post about rollerskating. Then I spent an hour and half talking to Nicole about her recent trip back home to Germany. I asked her if she visited this place and that place, did she eat this and that, and now I am really longing to go back myself ( Read more... )

Mmmmmmmmmm! Have a nice time! Man... haven't had German food since geez, 1992? Went to a German festival in town back then. And I'm thoroughly annoyed that I couldn't go to the Oktoberfest last Saturday!

Mmmm...mmmmm...it was good. I had Cordon Bleu with red cabbage and spaetzle! Now if I can just find a store in town that sells German food, so I can cook at home, I'll be set. I will honor the first person to help me find a local German food store with a Kinder Ei (ad long as you let me play with the suprise! ;)

I tried to hunt you down so you could go watch the show after I ran into you in the hall, but I guess you had left? And then they played Thieves, and... well... All bets were off then! *grin*

In other news: anvilhead, delirium969, and djbrian_s all tried to flag you at different points during the show, but couldn't get yer attention. Anyway - hope to catch you tonight at The Cereal Bowl.

Ooops...at that point I wasn't feeling too hot. I contracted some stomach flu or something and am just getting over it this morning.
