ok. I was driving past the high school today and asked myself... "sarah what the hell is that wall for" you know.. that wall that is behind the tennis courts... that has no particular purpose but to be spray painted w/ grafitti, and such. There isnt any courts anround it.. or anything tht shows any purpose... its not even big enough to do anything

ok back in the day like 2 years ago i wondered what that wall was. because i walked to the tennis court with someone from my house (my old one on ely) and i was like.. hey, why is this random graffiti wall here? and i really wanted to like hop it or something but it wasnt worth it.

also we still have to write on the parking lot.

well i believe that certain wall goes waaaay back into west springfield history. infact! it was the first wall ever constructed for the school back in 1932. after the architects found better ground plans for our complex school, they moved it up the hill onto better surfacing. they leave the wall as a memory of the old and yet failed attempts to build the school down near the tennis courts. and everything i just said completely came outta my ass..

Ok....the real reason for the wall is that it's a kickboard for soccer. It's used so you can practice your shots repeatedly without having to chase the ball. Well...Unless you kick it over the wall. But that's what it's for, and I'm not lying haha. You're welcome Sarah.
