It really bothered me that Tonks and Remus's kid was orphaned. It just left a bad taste in my mouth, I don't know why. And Fred and Hedwig! I loved the whole Pentunia writing Dumbledore, and the part with Snape, and Lily, and the whole Pentunia writing Dumbledore had me in tears. The epilogue seemed really rushed, and hurried. Hermione and Ginny seemed to be turned into baby-making machines. No mention of what they were doing after Hogwarts, except their families. Neville rocked in this book however. :-D
I know, the Tonks and Lupin thing did have me upset too. I'm assuming the kid wasn't part werewolf, they never said though. Snapes story was excellent I thought. Lots of detail. The only thing they glossed over was how Lily ended up with James.
The end was very rushed, but it was better than nothing. I really want to find out what happened to Luna, she was awesome. And Neville teaching Herbology is awesome. I'd also like to know what the main characters did for jobs. Obviously they aren't teaching. Working at the ministry maybe? I don't know. And it was 19 years later, 2-3 kids in that time isn't a whole lot. At least they weren't like Mr. + Mrs. Weasley with 7 kids. And I'm really surprised that Draco has the guts to send his kids to Hogwarts after what happened.
