I am about to head back to my parents house for the first time in ages too, it's weird but good to be back in the country after long times in the city. I can't wait to see all my friends and drink too much and see my dog, omg I haven't seen little Ben for so long ;_;

Yup, barbecues are pretty common for Christmas here. Not many people are as keen to be sitting in an oven-warmed house when it's stinking hot already.

And echinacea is definitely going on my next shopping list.

PS. He was actually an "Ophthalmologist"! I just felt like calling him an eye doctor because without the fancy (and hard to spell) name, that is what he is.
