random update

I gave blood yestorday. The guy poked me in my left arm and couldn't find my vein so he had to take it out of my right arm-but my blood didn't flow very fast, and the whole thing took about an hour. My arms hurt pretty bad last night, and I could't really move them. Still, I feel good knowing that I helped someone, and its such a small thing, but
