i took the knife skills class today and now i want like 80000 ceramic knives and some epicurean boards. and i want a citrus zester ridiculously bad but i can't even afford that right now, haha. and some madeleine tins and a million other things.

i'm going to put in for the classes i want to assist tonight. do you remember any classes that you thought were particularly interesting?

there was a greek class with someone i cant remember her name. she's from greece. but she was awesome and i had a great time.

shit i cant remember the other chefs name, but she used to make me food all the time and it was awesome.
