"I promise. I promise, Lorne." I insisted. "You won't see me at work tomorrow at all. Even if I haven't gotten a chance to check on Tara and Spike. They'll be fine for one day. I'll stay home and rest. I'm sure somehow Cordy'll make sure of that."

And that wasn't me just saying that so that Lorne wouldn't worry. I knew Cordy was worried about me working to hard on top of everything else and would all but demand I stay home and watch soap operas all day and eat ice cream.

"You're right though, we all could use a vacation. But all the bigwigs can't take off for the day all at the same time. Someone's gotta be here to look after the place, or we'd come back to find it in complete chaos, now wouldn't we?"
