How does it feel on the legs and ankle to sit under the low table? Is it a good stretch? Since Japnese sit under those low tables a lot, they must have very strong, flexible ankles.

It is quite a stretch. After 15 minutes or so, my ankles start to ache and/or fall asleep :x

That was an international cooking party so there was all kinds of food and drinks there :o
