first, i have a hair appointment at 10AM in new jersey.. so i have to drive like 45 minutes away. i get there around 9:45 & tell me why she ain't get there until 10:30! so, im like wtf my appointment was for 10:00, not 10:15, not 10:30, TEN O'CLOCK
