Hi,

Great to see the efforts. Just wondering if we all can help you people. We can organise some money collection from our staff/students, collect clothes and other items which the owners are not using, and so on? Suggestions.

Hello Sir,

Its great to hear from you. It will be of great help if we can contribute something from our staff for this noble cause. Distributing clothes will be troublesome, since people there are just ready to attack on us to get what they can. So giving clothes will give many complaints of size mismatch etc. Last time when we had distributed same packets to each room, that too was difficult to manage. We while distributing had made a list of small kids in those area, so that we can at-least provide something for the kids. We have thought of providing men with T-shirts and women with saris, but collecting clothes from our staff will be tedious.
We are getting rice and other stuff at lower price, the shopkeeper here are kind enough to give us concession.
So it will be of great help, if we as an Organization can help.

I also came to know that some of our staff's houses were also affected by the rains, so we can also help them out with our collection.
