What is that black and white thing in the background? I thought it was a keyboard, but there's no way?

It's actually an electric organ I bought from an antique store a while ago. It was making some really annoying noises so i took it apart to fix it, which I did successfully, but in the process I accidentally disconnected some wires and now i have no idea which wires go where.
