I noticed no flaws with the flow of the chapters, ma'am. But I am probably biased because I love Auriga so much... She is my soul!

OMG WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU WRITE SOMETHING FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WOMAN.

How is that for guilt? Wow...I have been out of touch with the fanfic community for such a long time it kind of makes me feel scared when I think about getting back in. I don't know if I could handle the extreme pressure. And I need to start reading Lamentations again because it always made me happy that there was somebody out there crazier than myself.

Yes. I'll be going now.

IF YOU DON'T WRITE SOMETHING ALL THE CHILDREN IN AFRICA WILL DIE. And in their dying words they will cry out, "Why did you not write? I have lost the will to live! I will now stop battling against the pain of living!"

(I am fairly certain that the entire previous paragraph is more wrong than a guilt trip.)

Haha! Now, that's some sweet, sweet unadulterated guilt trippin' right there. Nicely done. :D

(I'm sorry, little children in Africa!! I didn't mean to!)

As I drag my zombie carcass out of all of the college transfer literature, I have this to say : Please woman- please do not pause and revise. Revising long-standing fics is code for " I'm abandoning it". Conciously or not- this woudl be the final nail in the coffin. I did it, Rosefire did it and in one last pathetic fangirl plea I do emplore you before I take upon the daunting task of finding used books at the last minute- please update.

Do I ever agree with Anonymous. Doesn't writing a new story sound so much more appealing than revision?

Seriously. We need a chapter or two about Auriga going to Snape's chamber to "break up" with him, even though they aren't exactly together. He's out late. She falls asleep on his bed. Sometime during the night, she pulls the covers over her. He's so exhausted when he gets home that he doesn't notice her. They wake up in each other's arms and start snogging... Yeah. Or maybe I should stick to dreaming and you could write something good.

The entire population of meerkats will die if you don't.

Not the meerkats!!

And don't you worry. I promise there will be more eventually. Also, I might have to steal some aspects of your suggestion someday. ;-)

Hehe, considering I'm not really pausing to revise (in that I had already stopped entirely), I wouldn't be too alarmed. ;-) I'm actually almost done with the revision process, I believe, and it's really helping me get back into Aur mode, so never fear! Besides, I've been adding quite a bit to the earlier chapters, so you can go back and read those and it'll be like new Lamentations! Sort of!

And I will entirely update someday. Believe you me.

Hello there, dear!

I'm quite excited to see that you've updated your LJ, at least. Seems you're alive and well and happily living the good ol' college life yeah yeah okay so greetings over. ;-) I'm impressed that you've gotten so far into your novel in just a few months, but I'm also incredibly disappointed that not one little Auriga...thingy popped up during the summer. I understand your desire to go back and do some editing (it's an irresistible urge, isn't it? sigh), but PLEASE UPDATE.

Auriga is just the most wonderful character EVER, and to lose her for even another few weeks is like losing a best friend. :-( So please try to get some Auriga time in SOON. Preferably a long, excruciatingly detailed chapter.

I'm not sure how you feel about random fangirling and possible friending, but I've no doubt I'll shortly find out. HELLO! It is currently half past 5 in the morning on my rock, and I've just spent the last 2 hours reading lamentations. And holy hell, I have been in giggle fits. This is like anime, except with even more crack and sugar - I have not liked a fanfic this much for one HELL of a long time. So. I'm glad to hear you have not abbandonned it. To tell the truth, I'd leave the rewrites until you've finished the damn thing. Otherwise, you tend to get bogged down, and lose where you are, and you get distracted becauase there's no openess or room for you to manouver and it's generally not a good idea. Besides. It means we have to wait even longer for an update ( ... )
