he was on the side of the road pedaling and then suddenly decided to make a u turn without a hand signal or warning of any kind. he clipped my fender and smashed my passenger side mirror.

afterwards he picked up his broken bike parts and wandered off without making a fuss. weirdest shit ever imo.
