Hey, I don't have a livejournal but I was at creation and I believe he said he drives a Toyota Tundra, which is a truck (and reasonably manly, for a toyota) not a SUV. Someone, please correct me if I'm wrong!

Thank you for this! A Tundra is totally different than any Toyota SUV. Not that I have anything against them, I'm just. I was just. Trying to picture Jensen in any sort of economical car, and it wasn't working.

Yes! Me too about the 5 year thing! I mean, he has been saying, since the first season "I have a 5 year plan" so I don't know what the hell this whole four year thing was all of a sudden!

Yeah, when I first saw that posted, I was like...say WHAT?!?! Grr. I HAD heard that Kripke was POSSIBLY thinking of a way to end it this year if he HAD to because the CW might fold after this season. But these reports (this is the second place I've seen it) are saying that it was his ORIGINAL plan to end it at 4, which just makes me scratch my head a bit. I mean...why would he tell us 5 to begin w/? He's been saying it since season 1, so why not just say 4 then, and leave it at that? I don't get it, and it kinda irks me that he'd let us think we had another year when we apparently weren't going to (thank GOD the ratings have been so good this year). Kind of out of left field, yes?

Completely out of left field! If you're planning on four seasons, say four seasons, and let the fifth be a bonus, ya know? I hope there's footage of this so I can see Jensen's face when he answers this.

It just upsets me because if the ratings hadn't been up by like a million then we would've probably heard out of Jensen's mouth today "since this is our last season" and it would've been out of the blue and we all would have had like zero prep time. Considering SPN won that poll saying it's the show that has the most emotional connection or whatever with the fans, it probably would have been bad, lots of outcry, I'm sure!
