nothing too special about this icon. it only has like...5-6 layers :)
anyways, i crop it to my base:
duplicate, set to screen, duplicate again, destaurate set to soft light
beautiful :)
now add an exclusion layer under the soft light layer #010717
now, a texture by thia, but this doesnt help you at all because i've whited the part where she is...set to multiply 100%

now, just add the black-borderish thing i always add, and some text and you're done
