Arg! (or, Why I Want to Hit My Laptop With a Hammer)

My laptop got hit with some lame malware. When I log in I can see my wallpaper for about 10 seconds, then the computer just logs me right back out. I found a fix for it online, but I need the XP recovery disk to do it. Of course, I don't have that disk. Arg, and arg again

Have you tried to boot into safe mode?

Maybe if you can get into it, you can remove the virus?

Yeah, unfortunately it does the same thing in safe mode.
