The video takes a long time to download, like 2 hours on a 56K modem. If you can wait that long, make sure you have the latest version of Quicktime installed or it may not have to proper plug ins. If that happens, go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/standalone/ and download the standalone installer. THEN, it should be good to go. (It's just like him to be this difficult about something.)

Chocolate rules. Chocolate oatmeal would be even better.
