I knew some of the other ones but people guessed them already :) I don't know where 14 is from, but it sounds a lot like Elizabeth. Even when I'm in the middle of a conversation with someone else and when she sneezes she'll be like you didn't say god bless you. I'll say Liz I was talking and she says when I'm talking to someone and someone else sneezes I always say god bless you. Good for you Liz. She's so ridiculous.
