why poke holes? i'm working in a manufacturing company, not a church (:

you should give it a try. if i had known what kinda job i was going to take up, i think i would think the same. but there's some mysterious power that is spreading bacteria of 'job-lovin' and 'workaholic' in my brain.

I have the strangest feeling that I'm actually a workaholic.

That is an understatement. You are a workaholic, my dear. But oh wait till I get a job I love. XD

Can you tell me how CPF works! And the min sum and all that. I'm so confused by it. The whole incremental of 5000$ a year?

Bah your job sounds cooler than mine. :\

Gomen. Took me long enough to reply to you >_<

If your pay is between $50-$500, you don't have to fork out CPF from your pay, although your company has to put in 13% of your pay amount into your CPF.

I'm not sure about the one for $500-$750 because it counds confusing and I never have to do it...I think :/

Exceeding $750. You fork out 20% from the sum of your pay+OT and it goes into CPF. Employer forks out 13% of the same sum.

Of course, there's the thing about age. But then it only applies to those above 50.

I haven't heard about the incremental thing :/.

Anyways, there's also this CDAC fund thing that you have to contribute 50cents to every month as long as you're Singaporean and Chinese, i think.
