This week's challenge:

Fitness: 50 push-ups a day (EJ)
Lifestyle: Wake up by 7 everyday (me)

Fitness is a new category. So diet got left out this week...

Well, waking up at 7 was only fulfilled today :/ Maybe I should carry it on to next week.

haha hey jadoo, i was having the pushups argument with a friend (who occasionally is hired for modeling) and apparently pushups are really just meant for guys or unless you're trying to develop your shoulders or something... if you really do 50 a day you become more buff not really losing any weight.

and yeah i read the green apples thing before lol. !! same for green tea

Push-ups are for shoulders? But it's my abs (or lack thereof) that always taut when I do them. And my left shoulder creaks...well, it feels like it's creaking when I do the pushups, which doesn't seem like a good sign.

That aside, I'm still doing the cardio stuff to lose weight :) Just working on having some definition to show off once the top layer's gone.

JADEY where have you been! haha haven't seen any new blog posts or fb activity from you! hope everything and exams are going good. my last paper's tmr super :CCCC and i'm drowning in this huge sea of info haha. ARE YOU FREE ON FRIDAY lunch? or next week? hehe
