Fitness is a new category. So diet got left out this week...
Well, waking up at 7 was only fulfilled today :/ Maybe I should carry it on to next week.

That aside, I'm still doing the cardio stuff to lose weight :) Just working on having some definition to show off once the top layer's gone.
