3.) well death, and that would suck pretty bad. But also killing other people, getting sick, destruction of property, crazy things I wouldn't normally do but I suddenly lack inhibition, those sorts of things.
4.) It's around... from various people over 21. It doesn't happen much though, so I don't generally have to worry about a supply.
